Costs and Financing
Full payment for surgical procedures is required two weeks prior to your surgical date.
A $500 deposit for any surgeries under $5000, a $2500 deposit for any surgeries above $5000 and a $2500 deposit for any surgeries above $10000 is required to schedule your surgery date.
* Your deposit is non-refundable if surgery is cancelled or rescheduled within 4 weeks of your surgical date.
A variety of payment options are available to patients, all of which can be discussed with one of our patient coordinators. Certified cheques, direct debit, VISA, Mastercard, cash, and independent financing companies are all acceptable methods of payment. Our clients often opt to use medical/dental financing companies such as Medicard. This is an independent financing company and are not affiliated in any way with the Northern Ontario Surgical Centre.

Full payment for non surgical procedures is required on the day of your procedure.
Pre-payment for those services offering treatment packages is required in full in order to be eligible for package discounts or complimentary products.*
* Should you choose to opt out of a pre-paid package prior to its completion, all discounted services and complimentary products will first be billed at full price and the remaining pre-paid funds can then be applied to services or products of your choice.
