We are currently seeking a full time Registered Practical Nurse to assist with our busy multi-specialty medical facility.  Immediate opening. Training provided.

Requirements:

  • Practical Nursing Diploma from an approved college
  • Member of the Registered Practical Nurses Association of Ontario
  • Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Thorough knowledge of the RPN scope of practice and professional guidelines as outlined by the
  • College of Nurses of Ontario
  • High level of professionalism
  • Relevant experience working in a health care environment
  • Experience administering injections
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule to accommodate patient and clinic needs (morning, evenings, weekends)
  • Able to multi- task in a fast paced environment
  • Experienced and comfortable with computers
  • Excellent communication skills (English)
  • Strong team player/orientation
  • Skilled at problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, job task planning and organizing
  • Willingness to learn continuously (ongoing training to be provided by employer)

Desirable Qualifications (but not required):

  • Theoretical knowledge of and experience with medical lasers and IPL technology
  • Laser Technician Certificate
  • Experience with client consultations and sales
  • Experience working in the aesthetic and/or personal care industry
  • Bilingualism

Daily Tasks:

  • Execution of medical aesthetic, laser, injection treatments
  • Achieve client satisfaction and superior customer service at all times
  • Maintain quality service by following organization standards and protocols
  • Maintain equipment and follow safety measures
  • Stock, clean, and prepare treatment rooms when necessary

Full time position available. $24.00 per hour plus gratuities and commission. Benefit and pension package after one year of full time employment.
